On-Site/ Remote Consulting

The Network Theory Applied Research Institute is a nonprofit supporting community development in the internet age. We develop technology that prioritizes interpersonal cooperation at the local level. If you are a community developing or enhancing internet access, intranet connections, local data storage, sensor network deployment or just an app, NTARI On-Site/Remote Consulting is the agent for you.

Jodson Graves is a co-founder of the Institute and current executive consultant. He has worked and studied in communications for the last 24 years. His career began with the Lawton Constitution in 2000 delivering newspapers, then moved to telemarketing with APAC Customer Services in 2004. In 2006, he studied audio engineering and music business at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Phoenix, Arizona. Graves later worked retail sales with Toyota before joining the US Marine Corps as a Communication Strategy and Operations Marine.

Lance Corporal Graves graduated from Defense Information School courses twice between 2013-2015, certifying in basic still photography and multimedia journalism. While with 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, he was instructed in Lean Six Sigma earning a Yellow Belt certification and meritoriously promoted to corporal. In 2016 he rewrote the standard operating procedures for the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing Combat Camera photography section. Graves was the noncommissioned officer for COMSTRAT during the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force, Crisis-Response Africa 17-2 deployment.

Graves attended Bellarmine University studying  communications and Catholic statecraft in 2019. He went on to observe industrial communication processes on the floor of building AP3 in General Electric's Appliance Park in 2022. In 2023, Graves experienced the manual algorithms of the US Postal Service, walking up to 16 miles a day in 2023, comparing the service to TCP/IP.

Graves is mostly self taught in information technology (IT) and recently applied to the CodeYou Program to learn C++. Once completed, Graves will have certifications in audio, photo, video, graphic arts, and digital media engineering.
