In 2022, Jodson and Grace Graves were inspired by the relatively smooth transition from bureaucraticly administered taxi services to digitally administered service from Uber, Lyft and others. The same happened to freelance work (Fiverr), hospitality (AirBnB) and delivery (DoorDash, Grubhub, et.al.). What they realized very quickly was the same processes that had captured these industries would one day capture much of the broader market of bureaucratic processes, including agriculture.

The market for developing this kind of software will prove to be profitable, to say the least. The Graves were so confident in this fact, they sold the company developing the Agrinet Project to the nonprofit they created, the Network Theory Applied Research Institute. Why? They realize that money isn't about money, it is about the people you can command with it. Too much power is poison, not only for those who own it, but for those who become owned. Humans are not cattle to breed and manage, but the collective reflection of the ordering force of the universe, whom the Graves call Jesus.
As the Agrinet is released under GNU General Public License v3.0, NTARI will launch a main branch version to compete for market share. The market cap of global agriculture is expected to be $15.5 trillion in 2025. Anticipating access to large portions of that capital, they needed to have plans in place to manage it.
They began planning innovative projects that could benefit international communities where their apps will operate. They adjusted their core mission to accomidate NTARI's global scope. Today, there are three plans in place for broadcasting the financial benefits of NTARI's innovations within the scope of its mission to develop systems, protocols and programs for online global cooperatives.
