In 2023, NTARI president Jodson B. Graves walked well over 4 million steps delivering mail for the United States Postal Service as part of an informal analysis of postal systems vs. TCP/IP. While taking those steps, he fought four dogs and read more than 60 books on the Audible and Libby Apps. While not all of them apply to the Institute's research, many provided vital context for understanding collective intelligence.
